- No family member should be a government department/industry/board/local body/regular employee/permanent employee/contractual employee or elected representative or pensioner of any government department/industry/board/local body/regular employee/permanent employee/contractual employee of the Government of India or the State Government.
- The applicant or any family member should not own 5 acres of irrigated land or 10 acres or more of non-irrigated land.
- The applicant and his/her family members should not own any heavy vehicles or four-wheeled vehicles other than tractors, mini trucks, small commercial vehicles and light goods vehicles.
